the interview and hiring process is pretty long and strenuous. you go through a recruiting process then they test your physical capabilities at a combine as well as your iq with a "wonderlic test".

they ask a lot about your personal life and touchy subjects to get you to respond irrationally and test your character. They also test your football knowledge.
