I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at New Media Strategies (Washington, DC)

They seemed disorganized, unsure of what they were looking for, which left poor impression on me. Several interviews (four total) with the same people over and over. Dragged out the process over MONTHS after asking for me by name. Seemed like we were talking in circles.
