Thanks for the feedback! We're sorry to hear that we didn't have a fit this time around, but we appreciate any and all feedback that we receive from applicants. We actually just picked up a variety of new clients and expanded to one of our newest markets in Memphis, TN. On top of that, we are also about to expand to 2-4 other markets within the next few weeks as well! Which is why we are being proactive in our hiring process to make sure our company doesn't miss a beat. We understand that it can be a little disconcerting to see other candidates in the waiting room, however, those candidates might have been interviewing for any of our other positions that we have available and not for the specific position that you were selected to interview for. Also, our hiring managers try to be as efficient with their time as possible to be considerate of our candidates' schedules, but we apologize if you felt that the interview should have been longer.
