We are so sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our firm. It seems as if you were making a substantial commute for your interview but it was not communicated well to the interviewer that this was the case. Usually in these situations we take extra steps to help the applicant so that they don't have to make multiple visits. We are sorry that we missed this and we understand that there is no excuse for this. We will definitely look into how we can improve on this moving forward. Thank you for your feedback.
