Online aptitude test followed by in person Assessment test. This included a group exercise, followed by a 45 minute interview which was with 2 people. 1 asking questions and the other taking notes.
Very relaxed and covered off the 8 non-technical skills.

online interview straight forward and passed all online tasks and assessments but never got to the video interview part the email said because of large amount of applicants or location too far

Made me feel welcome and comfortable through out. Some questions are difficult, but there are some generic standard ones. I would research into the STAR method as they use this a lot.
