Process was very straightforward. From online application, online assessment to video interview. The online tests incIuded numerical and inductive reasoning tests. I just finished and passed the video interview and I am currently waiting to attend their assessment centre.

Video interview question included: why network rail, why the rail industry, when have you solved a problem creatively and when have you made a professional network.
Online test and interview. The same tests as many other public sector grad schemes like NHS, BII etc. This means you can practice it and have a go at it before you actually do it for the first time
