      Operations and Customer Service Interview

      Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Network Rail in Feb 2010

      Interview

After the initial application process, you will be asked to do a situational judgement test - which consists of a series of scenarios where you are given different options and you have to rate how good or how bad each option is. If successful you will be invited to an assessment centre. The assessment centre lasted a day, starting with numerical and verbal tests, one to one interview (45mins mostly competency based) group exercise and a business case. It was a very interesting experience which aimed to test pretty much all aspects of your soft skills.
