Applied for role, passed tests and still waiting for reply made contact with all other candidates who have also not heard anything back, this doesn't seem like a fair process to me.

Online tests very difficult time limited. My suspicion is that unless you know someone within, you'll never get a job there, I applied several times along with 10 other people who I have contact with, none of us were taken on.
