Simple initial online application, which was followed by a numeracy/logical reasoning test on a mobile game. Shortly after completing this I received an invite for the Video Interview, which took approximately 20 minutes and was situational based questions.

e.g. you have a deadline from your line manager, and another senior member of the business gives you a deadline. How do you handle this?
3 questions in a 1 task. 2 people asking the questions. They will ask you why you want to join the rail industry and network rail in particular. They will also ask if people see you as a good collaborator

Application, mobile phone game, recorded interview questions, face to face interview.
Mobile game may give an advantage to some people but is a nice change.
Disliked the format of the recorded interview questions. Some seemed irrelevant to the position.
