I was interviewed by the Engineer for Arcadis who are contracted by Network Rail, he was very pleasant. I asked for the interviewer by name and as he wasn't based where I had the interview it took a while to find him!

Interviewed by the hiring manager and their manager. Relatively informal process, first questions about my experience and skills relevant to the role followed by competency based questions.
Both interviewers were pleasant and open.
