      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Netsertive (Raleigh, NC)

      Interview

Fair but not clear. Felt like they needed someone who know about everything from start. Also noticed that young people challenging old guard in company and they also hold themselves back to save their jobs because I.T related jobs contantly make you outdated and it is difficult to compete with young energy in I.T industry. God knows better, it my observation.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Netsertive (Morrisville, NC) in Feb 2016

      Interview

They contacted me via email soon after applying asking if I'd have time for a phone interview for Digital Marketing Specialist position. The phone interview was with a really nice HR person and I truly got a good picture of the company, and had a great time talking over the phone with her. She seemed to have liked me too, so she proposed a face to face meeting with one of their managers. To my surprise, when the interview was scheduled, the interview confirmation email had a title "Digital Marketing Associate", although I had applied to a Specialist position, and over the phone we had been talking about a SPECIALIST position. Associate is one step lower... I was still excited to go to an interview and arrived to this meeting early and prepared of course. People I spoke with at the office all seemed really nice and outgoing. But this face to face meeting was very painful. We sat in a basic meeting room and the person interviewing me had a laptop in front of him and he was just bombing me with questions. The questions were not really hard, but there was zero discussion, zero getting to know me, or me getting to know more about the job itself, or the company. So I just felt like I was being pushed in the corner really hard. It was literally just a question after another that he was reading from his laptop, and then it all ended. I left the interview not knowing how it went - it was impossible to read this person who was interviewing me. So, I can agree 100% with what another person said here in the reviews recently (this person applied for the same position). My interview experience was very similar. They also promised to get back to me within one week from the interview whether I got the job or not. I followed up right after the interview, and then waited for almost 2 weeks, but didn't hear anything back. Followed up again and got an email saying I didn't get the job. That's ok, but I wish companies lived up to their promises. Don't tell applicants that you're going to contact them if you have no intention on doing so.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

      - Started with "Tell me about yourself" - What do you do on weekends/free time? - If I spoke with your manager, what would he/she say would be your area of improvement? - How would others (colleagues) describe you?

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Netsertive (Morrisville, NC) in Sept 2013

      Interview

Was contacted promptly for a phone interview. They were very flexible on times and working with my schedule. A face to face interview was scheduled at the end of the phone interview. The first face to face interview was later that week. When I arrived, the hiring manager was tied up and they had me interview with two would be peers instead. It was about two weeks before I heard anything else from them. I was asked to come in for a second face to face interview. This time it was with two senior level associates and then with the hiring manager. I was told that I would hear something within the week. About two weeks later, they emailed me and told me they would let me know in two more weeks. I never heard from them again.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1
