Netmark Software Engineer interview questions

Interviews were friendly and accommodating. People there treat other like people - how it should be - and not objects! It was fun working closely with the team/department and small enough to have communication across departments. The workflow has improved but still figuring out some things. They are open to ideas and respect them. It took a while to get hired because the department was busy with work... but turned out ok.
