There were two interviews, hr person contacted me if I want to apply for the position and I accepted. Then I had two interviews. One interview from the manager and the second interview was with executives.

Job recruiter contacted me through Linkedin. Called Netmarble and set up an interview. Skype for 30 minutes. Waited for a week to call me back then got hired after a week.
