I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Netcracker Technology (London, England) in Sept 2018
Interview
Absolutely terrible process with the non-professional people. I was approached by their Global Talent Acquisition for the Training Manager position working for their customer O2 based in Slough, United Kingdom.
It is sad that companies like Netcracker don’t seem to be bothered about candidate’s time that is spent during the whole process and I find it very rude especially when the interview or follow-up interviews went well.
I had an initial 1:1 with the person who then referred me for a virtual group panel interview.
I was then interviewed by a panel of three individuals at 23:00 local time, one of them asked me questions totally irrelevant to the position. I believe that I did well in the interview and that's why their recruitment team asked me to meet the hiring manager (who is based in Canada) in person during her visit to the UK. I met her in her hotel's executive lounge where the noise of the drunk people was very distracting, had a chat for about an hour as scheduled and since then I have never heard back from them despite me chasing them to let me know the status of my interview as I invested my time to go through the whole process.
