I had 7 steps before the Job Offer. First, I received a phone call from HR recruiter who saw my CV from a job portal. He discussed the open position and asked if I am interested. When I said yes, he immediately gave me interview and exam schedule. Next is accounting exam. After passing the exam, I went through one on one interview with HR. She asked my work experience, reason for leaving my former company, plans in mind and situational questions. Next is one to one with a supervisor. It was a very challenging technical interview. This interview will assess how you think or analyze by asking technical questions. After that, I was recommended for another interview, with the manager. For me, this interview helped me breathe after the challenging technical interview, because the manager I met was so approachable and cool. Next, interview with the Director. She is very approachable, professional and cool. I had a good time of introducing myself to her and knowing her experiences in NetSuite. Then lastly, they asked for character reference and they interviewed them. All the people I met in NetSuite during my interview are nice and approachable. They provided assistance and information that I needed. Another good point is that they consider the applicant's time/schedule for every interview. My whole interview process took only one VL. Their questions are challenging and will make you think/analyze. My interview experience was amazing.
