I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NetSuite (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2011
Interview
Initial phone screen with the recruiter. Why should we hire you? Explain the past experiences. Why NetSuite? Provided fair bit of detail about the company and clarified the salary range upfront to check the expectations. Very nice person, straightforward and knowledgeable.
Next was another phone interview with the Practice Manager located in Ca. Again, very knowledgeable person. Explained about the company and the position in very detail. Inquired about the past PM experiences. Industry knowledge, process expertise and multiple projects handling. Went well. Was asked to wait for the response from the team.
Next was an interview with a senior implementation consultant. Was a bit technical and behavioral interview. Lots of scenarios and my response. Detailed ERP Project Management methodology discussion. Again went well. Was again asked to wait for the teams response.
And then never heard back ....

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NetSuite (Brno) in Nov 2016
Interview
The interview was a series of meetings with local team and U.S. managers. At the beginning, I received an assignment that actually increased my interest in the job. I found the interview rounds enriching as we discussed and compared our experiences with similar tasks/situations.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NetSuite (Brno) in Oct 2016
Interview
The interview process was very smooth, transparent, clear, friendly and well guided with personal approach. I've been well informed on each upcoming step and even asked for my feedback after it. All discussions were held in friendly, open and honest mode. The process included 1-on-1 HR interview, two 1-on-1 interviews with team members, one phone call and background check. I've had chance to get all my questions answered. So far the best HR process I've witnessed.
