Interview
I was interviewed by the sales manager and then I did a ride along for 3 days. After that training began. I had to learn the pitch and rebuttals and give a presentation to the sales manager. Once he knew I could do it, I was offered the job.

Group interview for the first part. Second part is one on one. CEO is young focus person, who painted a very clear view on what they do and what they goals are.
