The phone interview was dead on arrival as soon as I questioned the talent acquisition peronel. They want to question you with the same questions you already answered in the online application. They want to question you but you can't question them. I am the license holder, I have what you need, not the other way around. You need to convince me why I should work for you. I dont need to convince you why you should let me work for you. I will never work for people like you until you change your methods that do not work and begin to actually listen to people.
