Interview
The company made this interview process so easy to navigate. Having a recruiter to facilitate contact and meetings was actually very beneficial. First step you’re speaking with a recruiter who tells you about the position and then, depending on how that goes, you’re interviewing with another recruiter who will then present you to the company and if they decide to move forward, a panel interview (3hrs long) with 1-2 people per hour, is conducted. After, if all goes well, you’ll be asked to visit the facility.
