behavioral interview questions, i was more than qualified for the position but than i had a few friends who were minorities tell me about the people in the areas there located being unfriendly and nasty to minorities so its possible that could have played a role in my rejection. the requirements to apply and be considered seemed very low.

It was 2 rounds, a phone call and a 3 hour interview with different team members. then I got flown out to the facility and that is where I got my offer
