I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nestlé in Mar 2024
Interview
I was head hunted via LinkedIn and agreed to have a quick "informal chat", so I could learn a little more about the role and what it offers. Instead, it was very much a tick-box exercise by HR to ask interview questions, rather than discuss interest and the role itself. HR was unable to offer any information regarding the deeper workings of the role, team structure or salary.
Upon completion of the chat, turned interview, I was informed I would hear back in a couple of weeks. That was over 2 months ago and despite a couple of chases on my end, I failed to receive any response. Really quite an appalling way to deal with candidates who have been initially approached by the company.
