Interview
It was very laid back and relaxing. Came into the interview feeling nervous but the interviewer conducted it in a casual way. I learned more about the company, my role, company culture, employees etc. all giving me positive vibes. I didn't feel held back to add in my opinions, questions and concerns. We talked a lot about my growth in the position which interested me even more.

3 things you want to learn during this internship. Give me an example on how you handled stress in a previous working environment, multitask, prioritize.
Applied online and automatically received a preliminary interview with the CEO. I was asked to complete a Myers Briggs test and send them the results. They focused a lot their questions on my personal story rather than discussing my practical skills. I understand that this is a small startup and the CEO is very close with everyone, but I was honestly a little caught off guard.

Interview
2 interviews: First one with the HR manager and the second one with one of the founders. The first interview was very relaxed and was mostly about fit. The second one was a little more tense, with a CV walkthrough and fit questions and some of the skills required for the position. Overall it wasn't to difficult.
