The first stage was a telephonic interview where they asked me questions about my portfolio, thought process, creative direction behind a specific portfolio. What my strengths are and why was I applying for this role and if I was willing to relocate to London, since I used to live in Midlands. After clearing the phone interview, I was invited for a face to face interview. For which, they gave me a task to complete from home and present it in person. The interview lasted about an hour.
