Ness HR called me over phone as discussed about the salary and immigration process. Then they scheduled a onsite interview with client PayPal. There were 4 rounds of interview. In each round there were coding questions and other testing related questions. First round was as core java interview question like manipulating an array. And in the second round there was string manipulation question. Remaining questions are more specific to testing and selenium.

Face to face round for those who are more than 5 years of experience and for lesser experience (0-5yrs) first written test followed by Interview. None of them gone for 2nd face to face or HR round.
