2 stages competency based very generic questions . Totally inexperienced manager was trying to present the role like it had to do with the job of my life. Wasn't willing to listen about my skills and what I could offer to the business.

Tell me a time when you had to deal with a difficult situation
very informative and straight forward questions, answers and company motto and information, services, and how we can approach the customers . also the company over view, and why I select this company and how i could learn because in this company there are lots of training also this company has formal uniform which is the best for every day wearing don not need to think about your outfit.
