I was invited for an interview at the store and the process was very smooth and friendly. Although I had to answer lots of question regarding previous experience and hypothetical situations, it wasn't anything that you don't expect, just basic questions

I originally walked to see if they were hiring and was able to get an interview on the spot. Only stayed for a few weeks, management was constantly changing and seemed disorganized overall.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nespresso (Edmonton, AB)

Easy interview, questions were not detailed but the answers were expected to be. Two managers were present. Got rejected for not giving detailed answers to brief questions and not maintaining eye contact. Which was kind of laughable

Niet aan te raden uitgenodigd op sollicitatiegesprek vervolgens 1 uur van tevoren het gesprek cancelen. Zeer slechte bedrijf vervolgens vragen om het gesprek te verzetten wanneer het voor hun uitkomt zegt genoeg over het bedrijf voor mij een no-go !!!
