First interview is a group interview. They see how you interact talking to people. Their focus is all on communication skills. When going in be sure to be confident and comfortable in group environments. They tend to lean away from tech questions off the start, however, if you are interviewing for the tech positions then you will get asked tech questions. They will be questions about printer troubleshooting, virus removal, etc.
