I interviewed from home instead of flying to the office location. There were three people on their end in a conference room. The interview went well since I had done a lot of research and answered questions easily.
Received an email 'We are excited to move forward with your candidacy at Nerdio ' next steps are a Wonderlic assessment, completed this- took about 40 minutes, literally over 100 questions, received an email 2 weeks later saying they would not be moving forward with my application- total waste of time, as a hiring manager myself have never come across a process like this, avoid
APplied online. Then received a request to take the Wonderlick test. So for those who have done this - it is a 30 minute cognitive test that is used by companies to benchmark new hires. It's also a big waste of time to take as no one follows up post test to so much as thank you for taking the time to test. What a bunch of crap! Stay away from this company they don’t treat applicants with any respect
