Second call w/ recruiter is to probe my skill set, make sure I am capable of learning and taking advice, and have basic community skills. Interviewed twice in the office, personality check with team members while shadowing half-day. Asked to mock-sell our product to potential partners, with the key being ability to adapt efforts to teachings from management + team.
