There were three rounds: 1) Analytical/Writing Skills/Research Skills 2) Managerial Interview 3)Final HR Round
The process took one day. The questions were basically asked about experience in secondary research and why I am interested to pursue my career in research. After clearing all the rounds, I got the offer.
Starting with 1 round of written assessment, once shortlisted the next round would be 1:1 on the company process and qstns related to it. Followed by the HR interview ( could be telephonic or 1:1 )
