I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NeoGenomics (Aliso Viejo, CA) in Nov 2019
Interview
I interviewed with two lab managers/directors though four were listed on the invitation email. They opened the interview by having me talk about myself and my background. Then they talked a bit about the company, the lab, and about the position I was interviewing for. They asked a couple of questions, then asked if I had any. The interview ended with me being shown around to the various stations of the lab.

Question 1
How would you respond to a co-worker who's work was impacting the productivity of the team or unwilling to cooperate with you/giving you attitude?
Pretty short process once they asked for an initial interview. One video call with a supervisor and then an in person lab tour + second "interview" that was more just talking about my resume and going in depth about the position/company. Heard back in about 2 weeks for the job offer but declined because I got a better one.

Interview
A phone screening, then an in-person interview. Standard questions about experience, availability, personality, etc. The interviewers were friendly and professional. Takes a while to hear back, though. Wish the job listings were clearer about what they're looking for, as it doesn't really seem like they only want a high school diploma.

How do you deal with hostile coworkers (exact wording not remembered)?

Interview
It was very dry process. It was caring, however it was rendered very distant. Did not get the job. It was actually very hard to answer several questions. They were very specific on what they wanted.
