I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NeoGenomics (Aliso Viejo, CA) in Dec 2016
Interview
I received a phone call from management and he invited me to an interview. The position I was applying to was a graveyard shift position so the interview had to be held at night with the team lead. I met the manager and the team lead and they asked some questions about my education and interests. Overall the interview went very well. I received a decision in less than a week.
Pretty short process once they asked for an initial interview. One video call with a supervisor and then an in person lab tour + second "interview" that was more just talking about my resume and going in depth about the position/company. Heard back in about 2 weeks for the job offer but declined because I got a better one.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you made a mistake and what you did about it (or something like that

Interview
A phone screening, then an in-person interview. Standard questions about experience, availability, personality, etc. The interviewers were friendly and professional. Takes a while to hear back, though. Wish the job listings were clearer about what they're looking for, as it doesn't really seem like they only want a high school diploma.

Question 1
How do you deal with hostile coworkers (exact wording not remembered)?

Interview
It was very dry process. It was caring, however it was rendered very distant. Did not get the job. It was actually very hard to answer several questions. They were very specific on what they wanted.
