I was referred by a former employee and was called in to interview. The manager was very friendly and asked basic questions about my availability and experience with food. I had to get a Food Handler's Certificate before I started.

Went to an in person interview with 2 other girls and were each interviewed, and then tested to see how quick we could learn the tricks (like a pop quiz).
