Quick interview with a personable employee. Questions such as, "Tell me about yourself", Why NM?, discuss previous retail experience. Asked if I had any questions about the position.

Interview
Every question was read. Obviously the person interviewing knew nothing about the job. Interview did not flow well. There were many pauses while she was reading. It was very uncomfortable.
