I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Neil Patel Digital (Gurgaon, Haryana) in May 2025
Interview
Three total rounds, one with HR the first, then Technical and then one with the Director of paid media. The first round was about screening basic motivation and gauging fit for the role. The technical round was more on critical thinking and console expert level questions, and then the last round was about vision, mission and values with the directors.

What are CTR, CPC, and CPM, and what is the formula?
If a new client onboarded let's say a starup like new baby care centere and they want to do digital marketing, and they come to you, how will you tell them what you need? They may or may not always be experts in digital marketing, so how will you state your requirements to do effective digital marketing?
The process was very smooth. They were looking for someone with a knack for learning and someone with a bend towards Marketing. Overall I will rate the interview process 10/10
