Neighborhood Defender Service interview questions

Got the interview through the Public Interest Legal Career Fair (PILC). It was via zoom, about 20 minutes long. It was the usual questions: why defense, why NDS, how you handle adversity, etc. They offered me the position at the end of the call.

I applied online, and then was invited for a single zoom interview, followed by an offer via email within a few days. I accepted and then went on to have an excellent internship experience. I highly recommend NDS as an internship site for other law students.
