We all understand that today's job market is challenging, but for me, being ghosted after going through four rounds of interviews with senior executives was disheartening. Especially when I was initially being considered for a VP role and then told I'd be a better fit for a Director position, which I was open to given the responsibilities. My advice, if you're interviewing here, is to keep things like whether you have to follow up with recruiters for updates and when they do reach out to you consider the time of day (i.e., is it at the end of the day or after 6 pm) as a potential red flag on the workplace culture.
