Nebo Digital Project Manager interview questions

Don't waste your time with this company. I had a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager. We spoke on a Monday afternoon and he told me they're looking for someone with 1 on 1 agency experience, which is fine but why waste my time if you know I don't have that? He saw that I didn't have that on my resume. He also stated that he knew most people wouldn't have it. Recruiters and hiring managers-- Do your research before wasting our time or yours! We spend time, effort, and money preparing for your company. This company clearly does not do that. Be honest and transparent as well. If you don't want to mention the truth as to why you can't move forward, allow someone to conduct the interview that's comfortable with being straight forward and transparent. This company also brings you in to do a test to see how you would answer questions if you were on the job. This rat race test isn't needed. If you can't train employees of simple tasks, why are you hiring? Lastly, they bring you in for a "culture fit" test. After this waste of time, it shed a negative light on the company for me. Also, please work on your diversity. It's 2018 and Atlanta has plenty of talent. There's no reason why everyone on your website should look the same or have the same skin shade.
