Applied for a recruiter role at Nebius and initially liaised with a recruiter named Bethany. After being sent a scheduling link, I responded promptly with my availability and then heard nothing back for weeks. I followed up multiple times by email and received no response or update at any stage. For a company hiring within talent acquisition, this level of communication reflects poorly on the candidate experience. Sending scheduling links and initiating interview conversations only to disappear without acknowledgment or closure is frustrating and unprofessional.
The interviews were engaging, and the team seemed smart and friendly. The company’s mission and technology are genuinely interesting. The process included an initial chat and a second call with the hiring manager and a senior recruiter. Unfortunately, after being given a feedback timeline, I never received any update or rejection, even after following up.
