I had a mixed experience interviewing with Nebius. My initial conversation with the recruiter was positive — he was engaging, gave a helpful overview of the team, and I left the call excited about the opportunity.
However, the process broke down after that. An interview with the hiring manager was added to my calendar without confirming my availability in advance. When I joined the interview with the hiring manager she never showed up. I emailed the recruiter after waiting a minutes and did not receive a response. Two days later I followed up with the recruiter to try and get the hiring manager interview rescheduled but again did not receive a response.
A couple of days later, I received a generic rejection email with no acknowledgment of the missed interview or attempt to reconnect, which was disappointing.
I understand that fast-growing companies can have scheduling challenges, but the combination of unconfirmed scheduling, a no-show, and lack of follow-up made for a poor candidate experience. At a minimum, I would expect basic coordination and respect for candidates’ time.
