Near North Title Group interview questions

1st was via phone, 2nd was via webcam, hopefully 3rd will be in person. They are located in a different area of Florida, hence the in person was not feasible yet.

Like the former review, I was also interviewed by HR manager, President & VP of Commercial Services. The President indicated how he was going to change the position for me since I had more experience. I was agreeable to that. There was a second set of interviews with two underwriters. All interviews went well in my opinion. I did not hear back from HR after a week so I had reached out. HR indicated that I was overqualified for the position which surprised me. I mean, I had high respect for this title company. I lost it after they had wasted my time. I did not understand why I would even have a second round of interviews if I was overqualified in the first time and was not going to be hired.
