Interview
I applied with little interest, and was called unexpectedly. The interview process was a bit the usual one, although a bit lenghty: one first (HR) interview, followed by another interview, followed by a written test, followed by a third (and last) interview. Maybe a bit too much for a small NGO, but interesting for sure.

Interview
In-person interview with 3 people. Asked me questions about my writing sample, experience, and general knowledge of the company. Very approachable interviewers and eager to learn more about you. Through the interview, I realized it’s a very personal office with people who actually care about each other and their cause.

Interview
Three rounds of interview-Phone screening with HR, interview with panel of three people and interview with Senior Executives. I was thinking that all interviews went extremely well . However strangely enough i have never heard back from the Company even if they were extremely fast to respond previously. Very disappointing experience and irresponsible behavior . They spent all your time on several rounds of interviews and make you believe that you are exceptional candidate to at the end not even follow up and completely ignore your emails. Awful and this especially from the organization pretending to care '' about helping to build more sustainable, prosperous, and inclusive communities'' . If they treat potential employees like that , i am sure they could care less about vulnerable populations.
