First call with HR. Then call with hiring manager. After that a 1.5 hour timed test on various topics from general trivia questions to SQL to Algorithm coding etc. It seemed to me like I answered the vast majority of their questions correctly, including the SQL/Coding ones, however the next day they just called to say they are not interested, no explanation or anything. In short just another company that would rather throw automated timed tests at you rather than give people who have experience to either explain what they were working on or give them a home assignment to work on in peace and with their favorite tools.
