I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Navy Federal Credit Union (Washington, DC) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview process is difficult and they ask behavioral type questions. The interview lasted 1 hour. This is too long in my opinion when asking someone who is taking time away from a current job to interview.
