I applied online in early march & received a phone call to take an assessment. After the assessment the guy told me they'd be in contact with me if I passed it. They called a week later saying that I passed & asked if I could come in for an interview. She asked about 5 star questions & that was it! This was my first "real" interview considering I've been in the restaurant business my whole life..& it was pretty easy. She said they were still in the process of doing interviews & would call me if things went well. I finally got a call a month later saying I got the job! Great benefits & she mentioned id start out making 13.94/hr

The hiring process started with two online assessments, followed by a phone screening interview from one of the recruiters (The gap between these two events was almost a month). After completing those, I moved to an in-person interview with a panel of two people. The interviewers asked behavioral questions, taking detailed notes throughout the session. They mentioned that the timeline for a decision might "take too long". However, it has now been over a month since my interview without any further communication. Despite my portal status still showing as 'Interviewing,' I haven't received a call or email update. While the initial stages were well-organized, the lack of follow-through after the in-person stage is kind of worrisome.
