I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Navy Federal Credit Union (Washington, DC)
Interview
Had to complete an online assessment and was then called in for an interview at the branch. Interviewed by a manager and supervisor. Only asked a few questions from a script. I didn't have to write an essay and I was told that part-time was only 20 hours per week and would pretty much require open availability since scheduling is done on business needs.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Navy Federal Credit Union
Interview
The hiring process started with two online assessments, followed by a phone screening interview from one of the recruiters (The gap between these two events was almost a month). After completing those, I moved to an in-person interview with a panel of two people. The interviewers asked behavioral questions, taking detailed notes throughout the session. They mentioned that the timeline for a decision might "take too long". However, it has now been over a month since my interview without any further communication. Despite my portal status still showing as 'Interviewing,' I haven't received a call or email update. While the initial stages were well-organized, the lack of follow-through after the in-person stage is kind of worrisome.
It was a group interview with two supervisors and a team lead, mostly interacted with hr dept. hr specialist fumbled entire process including pay and location I was to be working.
