Interview
I recently had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with this company's recruitment process for the position of Implementation Consultant. I applied for the position and was contacted by their recruiter for a video interview. Initially, I was optimistic, but my encounter with this recruiter was disheartening, to say the least. Firstly, the recruiter rescheduled the interview, which wasn't a problem for me. However, during the interview itself, he rushed through the conversation without delving into the details of the position. He barely spent 9 minutes asking me basic questions and didn't show any interest in my qualifications or experience. He didn't engage in a meaningful discussion about the role, and it felt like he was merely going through the motions. Despite this, he assured me that my details would be forwarded to the director and that I could expect to hear back within two days. However, it has been over a month since that conversation, and I have received no communication from the company. I took the initiative to express my gratitude by sending a thank-you email immediately after the interview. When I didn't receive any response, I followed up with another email and even reached out to another company representative via LinkedIn. Despite my efforts, there has been complete silence from their end. What adds to my disappointment is the recruiters's behavior on LinkedIn. I noticed that he reposted the job position multiple times and has been remarkably active on the platform, which suggests that the company is actively looking for candidates. This leads me to believe that the organization is either insincere about its hiring process or lacks basic professionalism and courtesy. What's even more concerning is that I have since discovered other Glassdoor reviews echoing similar experiences during their interview process. It appears that my encounter was not isolated; there is a pattern of unprofessional behavior within the company's recruitment process. I find it deeply concerning that a company would treat potential candidates in such a manner. It's not just about the lack of communication; it's about the complete disregard for candidates' time and effort. I expected a professional and respectful approach from a company that I considered applying to. Unfortunately, my experience with this recruiter has left me disillusioned and frustrated. I hope that the company takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates its recruitment process and the conduct of its representatives. Candidates invest time and energy in applying and preparing for interviews, and the least they deserve is a respectful and transparent communication process.

Interview
Had a brief 10 minute conversation with Jonathan where he asked about my background, why I was interested in the company, and a few additional questions. He was really nice and answered any questions I had regarding the position. This was just the initial screener so no offer was given.
