I applied online and within two weeks received an email to set up an interview over the phone. After my first phone interview I was set up to have a second phone interview in the same week. The next week I received my job offer.

Interview
Two phone interviews. First with a hiring manager and the second with two people form the healthcare team. First interview included general questions about education and work experience, second interview tested interest in position and familiarity with the healthcare space and analytic experience.
