The VP came on 5 minutes late, was eating, and was unprofessional/sloppy. Not a great look. Said they likely weren't going to hire for this role externally. So.. why are you wasting my time?
Normal interview process that you would experience from other companies. Simple HR screening, followed by in person and zoom interviews, with hiring manager as well as stakeholders on other teams. Process was straightforward and decisions were made quickly. No complaints.

Phone and video calls with the recruiter and hiring lead; onsite interview (1/2 day) with peers, cross-functional colleagues, and direct reports of the role, including prepared challenge/presentation; final video calls with the role's manager. A knowledgeable and helpful recruiter communicated frequently throughout the process.
