Very polite and straight forward.
They had a recruiter talk about the organization then about what the department did. Then a few questions to me about my expectations and future flexibility.
In person interview, with members of different teams. They flew me in, and it was a casual conversation and had lunch. Also had to do a small presentation of my current academic work.
